Terms of Service

These terms describe use of Lunaro, a family organiser operated by Pilot Canareez Pty Ltd.

Beta service

This initial release of Lunaro is a beta. During the beta, features may change, defects may occur and the service may occasionally be interrupted. This does not reduce how we protect your information or our obligations under the law.

Accounts and families

Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate account information. A parent manages family membership, child access and information entered for children. Do not access another family or account without permission.

Using the service

Lunaro supports tasks, approvals, Inbox notes, points, progress and exports. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service or upload content you are not entitled to share. Family members are responsible for the content they add.

Points

Lunaro points are in-app progress and reward units. They are not money, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash from Lunaro. A family may still choose its own rewards outside the app.

Premium, gifts and payments

Some features may depend on a Premium entitlement. During the current beta, Premium may be granted to a family manually by the operator, and no in-app purchase or automatic billing is offered. A subscription, gift or promotional period can provide access under its displayed conditions. If a payment option is offered in future, an external platform or payment provider may handle checkout and subscription management. Check the terms shown during purchase. Deleting Lunaro data may not cancel an external subscription; manage it separately with its provider where applicable.

Availability and changes

We may update the service to fix problems or change features. Availability can be interrupted. Keep your own copies of information you need using the available export tools.

Ending use

You can request deletion from Settings. An authorised parent can request child-profile or whole-family deletion. Confirmation, processing or review may be needed. See account deletion and our Privacy Policy for the data handling involved.

Content and responsibility

Lunaro's software and design remain with their respective owners. You retain responsibility for content you add.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Lunaro does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
